Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit/Debit  Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover
• Apple Pay: Secure payments can be made through your Apple Pay account.
• Cash:  Accepted for in-person sessions only.

Payment Terms

• Payment in Full: Payment is required in full at the time of booking your session. This secures your appointment and ensures that your time slot is reserved.
• Package Deals:  If you purchase a session package, the full amount for the package is due at the time of booking. Package sessions are non-transferable and must be used within the year (from date of purchase).
• Gift Certificates: Gift certificates must be presented at the time of the session. They are non-refundable and have an expiration date as specified on the certificate.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

• Cancellations: If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost.
• No-Shows:  Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged the full session fee.
• Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session without penalty if you do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a rescheduling fee of $25. 

Refund Policy

• Single Sessions: Payments for single sessions are non-refundable. However, if you are unsatisfied with your session, please contact us to discuss possible resolutions.
• Packages: Payments for session packages are non-refundable. If you are unable to complete your package due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us to discuss potential options, such as transferring sessions to another person or applying the remaining balance to other services.
• Workshops and Group Sessions  Payments for workshops and group sessions are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Real Hypnotic Hypnosis.

Late Payments

• Returned Payments:  A $35 fee will be applied for any returned payments due to insufficient funds or other issues.

At Real Hypnotic Hypnosis, we value your privacy. All payment information is processed through secure channels, and your financial details are never shared with third parties.
